Bus Travel

From Siegen’s main railway station, cross the station forecourt and continue through the pedestrian zone (Bahnhofstraße), walking across the square towards the River Sieg (slightly to the left). Then cross the Sieg Bridge in the direction of Kölner Tor. At the traffic lights, cross the road and follow the pedestrian zone (Kölner Straße) uphill. This route takes you past “Karstadt”. Walk past the building and then turn right into Alte Poststraße to reach the campus.

To reach the Unteres Schloss and the building sections US‑A, US‑B and US‑C, turn right into the street Unteres Schloß. To reach the building sections US‑D, US‑E and US‑F, continue along Alte Poststraße; the street then becomes Kohlbettstraße.

Travel by Car

Exit Siegen (No. 21) from the A45 motorway and follow the HTS (B54 / B62) towards Siegen/Netphen until you reach the Siegen‑Eintracht exit. From there, continue along Koblenzer Straße towards Unteres Schloss. Follow the signs indicating the available parking facilities.

We ensure that all central areas offer step‑free access and are clearly signposted. Due to the local terrain, some outdoor routes may nevertheless involve slight to moderate height differences.
